Robotics and Automation
Our first robotic project focuses on the complete automation of the single-car painting process. The goal is to create a robotic-integrated cell that will automatically generate a 3D scan of the auto body, calculate an efficient path plan for spray painting, and perform the painting. The robotic arm will move through a U-shaped gantry system to access all parts of the vehicle and to perform 3D modeling and painting. Our software is sensitive to markers used on the vehicle to detect the parts that require painting. In addition, we have a built-in AI navigation system in the booth to direct the robot's movement and ensure the safety of personnel before the operation begins.
